Gallery Haus St. Petersburg

Gallery Haus is a 23-story, $125 million mixed-use luxury rental tower at 155 17th Street South, developed by Miami-based LD&D in joint venture with Black Salmon and IGEQ. Designed by Baker Barrios Architects with KAST Construction as general contractor, the building will deliver 254 apartments directly across from Tropicana Field along the Pinellas Trail in the Edge District. Residences include a strong studio component near 500 sq ft alongside larger floor plans, paired with more than 10,000 sq ft of amenity space and 7,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail. The 5,000 sq ft fitness center, 6th-floor resort-style pool, rock climbing wall, and Pinellas Trail frontage define the lifestyle package. Gallery Haus is positioned for the Historic Gas Plant District redevelopment around Tropicana Field, with quick access to Grand Central, the Edge District restaurants, and the downtown waterfront.
