The building holds just 31 residences with a maximum of two units per floor, each served by a private elevator lobby that opens directly into the home.
A stone-clad entry facade with dramatic 21-foot arched windows fronts the building, and penthouses include two-car private garages within the main garage (pre-wired for EV charging) plus climate-controlled storage. The Nolen sold 30 of 31 residences with an average closing of roughly $2.5 million and penthouses approaching $5 million.
The Nolen sits one block from Beach Drive and the Vinoy Resort, walking distance to the St. Pete Pier, North Straub Park, and the Museum of Fine Arts.
