Classic Spanish tapas
Cepas is the one we send people to when they say they've never had real Spanish tapas. It's tucked into a Dale Mabry plaza in Carrollwood — not much to look at from the parking lot, which is exactly why locals love it.
There are two spots under the same name. The Dale Mabry location is the full restaurant; the one on Ehrlich Road is the smaller wine bar with a pared-down menu. Start with the restaurant.
